Refund policy
30-day full refund
If you buy the Proceeds Ledger founding license and it isn't right for you, you can have a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
- Email proceedsledger@noemacreate.org within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Attach or paste your Gumroad receipt, so we can find the purchase.
We reply within 24 hours on business days.
How you get the money back
Refunds are issued through Gumroad, to the original payment method. How long it takes for the money to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your license key
After a refund, the license key stops working. Files you already exported are yours to keep.
